Instructor-led classes for Windows/Mac software are held in a 12-seat training classroom at 100 Cummington Street. ACS/UNIX tutorials are held in the B25 classroom at 111 Cummington.

We are authorized to distribute, modify, and teach a collection of training materials purchased from CompuWorks (through an agreement coordinated by The Boston Consortium's IT Training Group). Although not all of this material will be taught or supported by the IT Help Center, we do provide the full collection here for your convenience. You can review this collection of written materials and exercise files at www.bu.edu/pcsc/tutorials/instructor/.

Use an external (commercial) training company
If the Office of Information Technology does not offer a course you need, there are several vendors in the area that do provide education pricing.
